Can I customise my sign?
Yes, many of our products can be customised in size, colour, shape, finish, and material.

Do you offer installation?
Yes, we have a dedicated installation team who can carry out site surveys and installation of your signage.

Do you PAT test?
All portable signage is PAT tested. We also carry out a continuity test on all our signage to ensure safety.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we regularly ship signs to all parts of the world. We manufacture bespoke timber crates to keep your signs safe on their journey.

Can I collect my order from your studio/workshop?
Absolutely! We are based at Unit 3, Guillemot Place, Clarendon Road, London, N22  6XG.

Is your studio/workshop open to the public?
Yes, Mon – Fri, 9 to 4pm, but please call ahead to ensure there is someone here to greet you when you arrive. To book an appointment please call 0208 829 0599 or email sales@goodwinandgoodwin.com.

Can I cancel my custom order?
Once in production, custom order can not be cancelled. Changes can be made but may incur additional costs.

Can you fit my sign/light with a Euro or US plug?
All our lights come with a UK plus as standard, this is so we know they are safe and have been properly tested, however a simple travel adapter normally gets round any problems. If you still wanted a plug suited to your country, we recommend speaking to a qualified electrician in your country.

Can you fix my old sign?
Unfortunately we can not work on signs which have not been manufactured by our company.

Where can I find your bank details? Our bank details are provided at the bottom of an invoice.

Is there a fee for making a payment by card? Yes, there is a 2% fee for making payment by card (business customers only). Please contact an account manager if you request to make a payment by card and a payment link will be sent to you.

What is a cost for an artwork/ installation and site survey? Artwork cost is £50 + VAT. A half day installation cost is £395 + VAT. Site survey cost is £95 + VAT.

Can you please tell me a cost for a custom made sign over a phone? A custom made sing needs to be quoted by one of our account managers because the cost depends of a complexity of your artwork. Please email us to sales@goodwinandgoodwin.com to quote for a custom sign.

What information do I need to send in order to receive a quote for a custom sign? To quote for a custom sign, it's always helpful to be given as much information as possible, sizes, artwork or reference imagery all help. How long will it take to manufacture my signs? Our manufacturing times vary depending on the complexity of the job so please get in touch with us directly for more information on this. However, we typically turn around simple jobs within 2-3 weeks from sign off of artwork, but this can be longer at different times throughout the year.

Do you have a warranty on your products? Yes, all new signage shall be free from material defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
